Favourable location near the harbour of Livorno and nice staff.

Breakfast poor.

The rooms were wonderful and immaculate, had shower facilities and a hair dryer. The property was in the heart of the city. Overall the service was excellent. The personnel was fantastic as expected.

My guest room was airy with a mini bar, a work desk and a flat-screen TV. The location was great, in area of porto vecchio with a lot of good restaurants around!

The location is close to the port and the boats to Sardinia and Corsica. The beds are very good and the showers too.

You need to have a very small car for the garage. I would certainly return to this hotel if the parking area is bigger,

Not obvious to find.

It was the perfect location for us because we neded to catch an early ferry to Corsica and it was only a 10 minute walt to the ferry. We had a nice room with a balcony overlooking the port and the famous statute, 'I quarrel mori'.

The staff were excellent and very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful.The situation and outside appearance was very good.

Rooms are very small.Room fridge was not working properly.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, right on the harbour and close to the Corsica-Sardinia Ferries. I loved being able to watch the boats coming in and out from my room. The service was impeccable, with room service and laundry available. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities like heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a plus for me, as I was able to stay connected during my stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Internet wi-fi costs a few euro which sounds weird in a hotel of this level. Free wi-fi would sound much better.

I recently stayed at Hotel Gran Duca for a quick stopover before catching the morning ferry to Corsica. The hotel's location was superb, allowing for a safe and convenient 15-minute walk to the ferry terminal. The staff were competent and helpful, quickly resolving a mix-up with the bed configuration. The restaurant served delicious food, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and had a cool building, perfect for exploring the city on foot. Additionally, the friendly staff went above and beyond, even moving a guest's car for security reasons.

I can recommend this hotel.

Location - for shopping and sight-seeing. Staff - very friendly and obliging. Recommended by local shipping agent. Complimentary bottled water (2) each day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to other travelers. The room was spacious, bedding was good, room was very clean and the entire location and building were very pleasant.
